    We believe in being accountable to the expectations of our clients.  We recognize that when our clients engage with us, there is a real person who made that decision and who, in doing so, inherently put his/her trust in us to deliver on our commitments in a manner that upholds expected values.  We value that trust, and recognize it as the backbone of a solid partnership.

    We agree with Coach John Wooden that character is what you do when no one is watching.  We believe in consistently doing what is right for our clients, both on-stage and back-stage, and we strive to deliver our services in agreement with what is in our clients’ best interest.

    We believe in the value of a handshake.  We recognize that companies are comprised of people, that business is based upon commitments to individual persons, and we honor our commitments.  In doing so, we strive to abide by the spirit of the commitment, rather than just the letter of the law -- we know it’s not just what you do, it’s also how you do it.
