We adapt to the need by managing projects via a traditional waterfall methodology, via an agile/iterative methodology, or via a hybrid
approach. We have managed projects with varying degrees of scope, complexity, duration, and budget; across multiple industries including healthcare, finance, technology, and education.
Naturally, all of us want our projects to be delivered exactly as planned, but of course not every project follows the rule book. In these situations, we make the necessary course corrections to manage outcomes and expectations that align with our clients’ priorities, abilities, and processes.
Anticipation, communication, and situational awareness
are critical attributes that can only be honed by "time in the saddle" that we have. And because of our experience with IT Operations, we know the work does not end when the project ends, it simply transfers ownership to the IT Operations teams, so we tailor our approach to include Operations teams throughout the project lifecycle.
