We are certified in Lean Six Sigma and can work with you to identify potential areas of need, such as procedural areas that may be lacking structure, and design a process(es) and related procedures to address these areas.

We start by working with you to understand the challenges and areas of particular interest and/or need; understand your organization's standards, policies, and regulations; and understand your organizational culture.  In our experience, these are the key ingredients to obtaining the buy-in required to establish and maintain effective process adoption.

We also reinforce the notion that process definition and governance should be performed only to the extent that provides practical value, as proceeding beyond this point often makes a process untenable and may lead to process dissolution.

We take care so that all processes are defined and implemented in alignment with your organization’s level of process maturity.  As well, we define key elements such as:
  • Process suppliers and inputs
  • Procedures and dependencies
  • Outputs and consumers
  • Measures and governance
  • Process ownership
  • Process lifecycle management
  • Workflow diagrams
